We accept all major credit cards. We do not accept COD orders. For the protection of our customers, all information on the order sheet, including the name, phone number and billing address of the cardholder, is subject to verification prior to processing any order. This is to prevent fraud and the unlikely use of the credit card without the cardholders' permission.
Our website is tied into a secure payment processing gateway. We do NOT keep any credit card information on our server. As a result, we never see the credit card numbers when you make a purchase online - all our transactions are processed in real time within a few seconds. As a result, we charge your credit card when the order is placed. Orders will ship the same or next business day, depending on the time of purchase.
Car Keys Express ships First Class via the United States Postal Service (USPS). Delivery usually takes 2-5 days
Your order begins processing immediately after you click Place Your Order on the "Confirm and Submit" page. During processing time it may be possible to cancel your order, but once the order moves into the shipping process, it cannot be canceled.

We reserve the right to replace or refund within 30 days of the original ship date. Item(s) must be in good condition and shouldn’t be tampered with. We will test all items and may deny refund if damaged by the customer. Any return may be subject to a 18% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. Items sent back packaged improperly or that are lost or damaged will be the responsibility of the customer.
Protect your purchase with an extended warranty at Car Keys Express. If your item becomes unresponsive or breaks, we'll replace it at no additional charge. This warranty does not cover loss and we will need to receive the item back to investigate and ensure all future items from defects. Warranties come in two varieties: 3 year and 4 year. The warranty period begins as soon as the purchase is made. Please keep track of your order number! It will need to be referenced in order to fulfill the warranty.

- Does not cover item loss. Car Keys Express, LLC will require the item to be mailed back in order to replace it.

We sell a combination of new and refurbished remotes. Most remotes have no moving mechanical parts, and are built to last for the life of your car. Refurbished remotes have been put through a comprehensive process that ensures they work as good as new, and will work for years. We reserve the right, depending on availability, to substitute similar, compatible OEM remotes made by the same company that built your car.
Our transponder keys use the same transponders that are available at your local dealer. Car keys have gone high-tech, and now contain transponder chips which communicate with your vehicle's anti-theft system. Car Keys Express specializes in these new, high-tech keys.
All special order keys for Mercedes and BMW are final sale. Since we custom order them cut and programmed to a specific vehicle, we will not be able to accept returns or issue refunds on these items.
All remotes sold on Car Keys Express include batteries. We also sell replacement batteries, so if your remote runs out of juice, buy one of our name-brand batteries and revive it. They're inexpensive, so keep a spare to have uninterrupted safety and convenience.
